O que são as Medidas de Promoção do sucesso Escolar?
Entende-se por Medidas de Promoção do Sucesso Escolar o conjunto de estratégias e atividades de apoio, de caráter pedagógico e didático, organizadas para complemento e adequação do processo de ensino e aprendizagem.
Assim, no âmbito do Projeto de Intervenção do Diretor do Agrupamento que tem por base o diagnóstico prévio dos pontos fracos na área do Sucesso Escolar, definimos,, uma Missão.
A nossa missão
Essa missão é “Criar condições que promovam a reorganização da escola de modo a que esta seja efetivamente promotora de sucesso escolar. Uma escola capaz de proporcionar igualdade de oportunidades, onde todos aceitem a escolarização. Contribuir para a formação de cidadãos críticos, solidários, capazes de desempenhar uma cidadania ativa. Criar uma escola capacitada para pensar os seus problemas, capaz de apresentar soluções exequíveis, reconhecida pelo humanismo das suas relações, com elevados padrões de qualidade no serviço prestado.”
As nossas Medidas
Deste modo, implementámos o Plano de Inovação Pedagógico. As Medidas Promotoras de Sucesso Escolar (ver documento) complementam esse plano. Desta forma, todas as medidas aplicadas visam colmatar as necessidades identificadas no agrupamento, para que os objetivos delineados, bem como as metas definidas, sejam atingidos.
